Welcome to MyCookery! MyCookery is a platform for Content Creators to create a following for their designs, creations, recipes and other content. It is delivered through MyCookery.co.uk and other related products or data feeds; it is also accessible from various platforms. The "service" will also include other services or sites that may link to MyCookery. We know it is often tempting to skip the Terms of Service but we strongly suggest reading this carefully as it is the contractual agreement between us (MyCookery) and you as a user of the service. Other services offered by MyCookery may be subject to differing or seperate terms, you will be notified to these if and when appropriate to do so. Your use of MyCookery is subject to the Terms of Service. By using, browsing, registering or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately terminate your use of the Service. MyCookery may at any time amend these Terms of Service by posting the amended Terms of Service. Please check periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after posting of any changes will constitue your acceptance toward those changes.

In order to open account with MyCookery, you will be asked to provide us with certain information such as an account name and password. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, your password and for restricting use to your computer. If you do, however, permit use of your account via anyone other than yourself, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service on their behalf and of all other persons who use the Services under your account or password, you will also be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please make sure that the information your provide to MyCookery is true, accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You agree that other users can reference and link your content from outside the MyCookery platform.
Access to the MyCookery Services may require the use of your personal computer or mobile device, as well as communication with or use space on such devices. You will be responsible for any Internet connection or mobile fees and charges that you incur when accessing MyCookery Services.
MyCookery may amend any of these Terms by posting amended terms. Your continued use of the MyCookery Services after the effective date of the revised Terms will constitute to your acceptance of these terms.
MyCookery allows you to distribute content such as pre-recorded videos, images, information and to participate in other activities in which you may create, post, peform or store content, messages, text, sound, images, code or other data and material on the MyCookery services. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By agreeing to our Terms and posting this content, you represent and warrant that (1) you are the creator or have permissions (or otherwise sufficient rights and authority) to the Content you will be creating, providing or uploading; (2) your User Content does not and will not (a) violate, misappropriate any third party right such as copyright, trademark, patent, secret, rights or any other intellectual property or (b) defame any other person/individual; (3) your user Content will not contain any viruses or malicious code (such as adware, spyware, worms or other harmful code usage).
Any content used on MyCookery must not be relied or depended upon, all Content posted via the Platform or obtained via our Platform at MyCookery is used at your own Risk. Although MyCookery will do its best to check the information uploaded to the platform, MyCookery can not guarantee the accuracy of any information or data uploaded by the content creators and users of the platform.
MyCookery are happy to enable donations powered by Stripe to help you support your favourite creators and to support us as a platform.

Your content will remain your content, which means that you will retain any intellectual property rights that you have in your content. For example you have intellectual property rights in the content you make, such as a recipe you create. Or you may also have the right to share someone else's content if they have given you permission to do so. We need your permission if your intellectual property rights restrict our use of your content. You provide MyCookery permission to do so through this license and agreement to these Terms of Service.
This license is valid worldwide (anywhere in the world), non-exclusive and royalty free. Unless agreed otherwise in a written agreement between you and MyCookery that was signed by an authorised representative of MyCookery.
You grant MyCookery and its sub-licensees, to the furthest extent possible by the applicable law, an unrestricted and fully sub-licenseable right to (a) use, reporoduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create, distribute, perform and display such User Content (including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part of or all of MyCookery Services) in any form, format, media or media channels now known or later developed and (b) use the name, identity or any other information you have provided/submitted in connection with User Content. This license agreement will last for as long as your content is protected by intellectual property rights. If you remove any content from our services which is covered by this license, MyCookery will stop making that content publicly available within a reasonable mount of time upon your request. Exceptions to this include:
MyCookery allows you to share content on our platform such as images, descriptions and videos. All rule violations will be determined by official delegates of the User Conduct Team based on a review of evidence. Decisions may be appealable but not debatable. We will look into all reports that are submitted and abuse of reporting may itself run the risk of account suspension. Before filing a report please verify that the offense is against the User Conduct mentioned below. If a topic is not covered in the Rules or Terms of Service, please contact us to ask if it is allowed. If we change our policies regarding specific content, we will post an announcement. Any questions on these changes, please contact us. We have multiple actions we may take in the event of rules being broken:
MyCookery reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to without notice and within our sole discrtion, to terminate your license to use services provided by MyCookery and to block or prevent your future access and use of the services. MyCookery may do this for reasons (not limited to); (i) fradulent mis-use of services, (ii) violation of the terms of services or (iii) any legitimate technical or business reason.
